The annual walk from Tetney Lock to Louth Riverhead (The Woolpack) will take place tomorrow, May 30th. Meet at the Crown & Anchor, Tetney Lock between 1.00 & 1.15 pm for prompt 1.30pm start. We have had a good response so far and the weather promises to be sunny, cloudless and with a slight (15mph) breeze, so the walking which is over fairly even ground should be good. Further details from Louth Navigation Trust.
Austen Fen Warehouse – one of the historic buildings we will be passing.
The full walk can be seen here (opens new tab) & is part of the 2009 Lincolnshire Wolds Walking Festival.

Have a great time.
I’m looking forward to the haiku writing walk I’ve been asked to do at the Festival!
